Here is a “positivity challenge” I came across several years ago on Facebook, and completed with success. It’s called “100 Happy Days.” If you are on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter fairly regularly and are looking to raise your vibration, I would definitely recommend it!
The idea is simple, each day take a moment to think of something that has made you happy, then take a picture of it and tag it on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter with #100happydays. To see more of the details, please check out the website that created this challenge (100happydays.com).
Why I like this challenge:
I’ve heard many people express that social media is often a very negative outlet. Some of us develop a love/hate relationship with our social media accounts, whereby we like having the social connection, but we dislike seeing posts that contain lots of complaints, arguments and other sources of negativity.
With this challenge, you personally contribute a bit more happiness and light to your social media feeds and this can actually have a profound effect on the quality of the posts you see daily from your friends and followers.
As you add more “happy thoughts,” you will attract happier posts to your social media accounts with the Law of Attraction. This is because you get more of what you are projecting out into the universe. Are you up for the challenge?
Now, to be forewarned, this challenge is indeed a challenge. The 100 happy days social media challenge is a long commitment. There will probably be some days you struggle to find anything good in, but I think that’s part of the lesson. By taking a moment to identify something, anything, to be grateful for, we can start to see that even on our darkest days we still have reasons to smile.
