5 Tips To Cheer You Up

1. Focus, fine tune and zero in on what you want to create.

The how will enfold in time. Look at the end result and the process will evolve. Keep the vision & focus on the outcome. Naysayers, doubters ignore. Block any energy that entraps you; i.e., the media (in any format), negative people and situations, city traffic, etc. Block by removing yourself from these energies or visually blocking. Visualize yourself surrounded by a white light bubble when in undesirable situations and if possible remove yourself from the energy.

2. Embrace the quiet, the stillness.

Gaze upward & outward to any & all natural surroundings which ground you. Understand and know that others (visible or not) are there for support, guidance and direction. JUST ASK.

3. Take time for yourself away from the hustle & bustle of everyday existence.

Allow the demands of others to flow away. Find a center point if only for a few seconds, minutes of your time. Be still in whatever moment you can grab.

4. Stare and quiet your mind.

Be conscious of your focus. Shift if need be to something else uplifting, positive. Don’t let the actions; words of others ground you for a long time. Dispel any entrapment felt via distancing, energy work or verbal interchange with a trusted source.

5. Be of good cheer.

Not all doom and gloom unless you make, create it. Smile. Enjoy your precious life and be grateful.
